- Our custom rugs are meticulously crafted and typically take 4 to 8 weeks or more to complete.

- The shipping of custom rugs is updated once the rug is completed and is ready to be shippied. Each step of custom rug construction is updated to customer via email and in the personal login space on our intutive dashboard.

- Custom Rugs are subject to a no-return policy. Once a custom rug order is placed, it cannot be refunded. After delivery, returns are not accepted unless a manufacturing fault is present.

- Machine-Made rugs must be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.

- Do not use, wash, alter, tamper with, or soil the item. Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be eligible for return. Returns with altered or illegible serial numbers will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection, and refunds or replacements will be initiated only if it passes this inspection. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not fit for resale.

Delivery of Machine-Made rugs is free in France & Italy and is usually shipped within 2-3 business days.

- Antique rugs are offered based on current availability. Please be aware that shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be added separately. Due to the unique nature of antique rugs, we have a no return and no refund policy.
