The Caspian rug, from our Machine Made range, showcases traditional, timeless designs with patinated and antique effects. Its sanded patterns blend effortlessly with both classic and modern interiors. Machine-woven for durability, it is moisture, bleach, and stain-resistant with a virtually non-shedding pile. Sized at 160 x 213 cm (Width x Length), it’s ideal for high-traffic indoor areas and is family and pet-friendly. For stress-free cleaning, vacuum regularly and blot stains with warm water and a few drops of soap. Made from 100% Polypropylene with a cotton backing, it adds comfort and warmth to any space. Certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.

- Avoid Moisture: Tufted rugs can absorb moisture, leading to mildew. Keep them dry and consider professional cleaning annually.

Woven Rugs:
- Regular Vacuuming: Vacuum both sides of the rug to remove dust and debris.
- Spot Cleaning: Address spills promptly with a clean cloth and mild detergent.
- Professional Cleaning: Schedule professional cleaning every 1-2 years to maintain quality.

Machine-Made Rugs:
- Frequent Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly to prevent dirt buildup.
- Stain Removal: Use a mild detergent and water for spills and stains. Blot, don't rub.
- Deep Cleaning: Consider professional cleaning or using a rug shampooer periodically.

For all types of rugs, avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading and rotate them regularly to ensure even wear.

- Free shipping of custom rugs in France & Italy for sizes upto and under 255 x 305 cm.

- Our custom rugs are meticulously crafted and typically take 4 to 8 weeks or more to complete.

- The shipping of custom rugs is updated once the rug is completed and is ready to be shippied. Each step of custom rug construction is updated to customer via email and in the personal login space on our intutive dashboard.

- Custom Rugs are subject to a no-return policy. Once a custom rug order is placed, it cannot be refunded. After delivery, returns are not accepted unless a manufacturing fault is present.

- Machine-Made rugs must be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.

- Do not use, wash, alter, tamper with, or soil the item. Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be eligible for return. Returns with altered or illegible serial numbers will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection, and refunds or replacements will be initiated only if it passes this inspection. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not fit for resale.

Delivery of Machine-Made rugs is free in France & Italy and is usually shipped within 2-3 business days.

- Antique rugs are offered based on current availability. Please be aware that shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be added separately. Due to the unique nature of antique rugs, we have a no return and no refund policy.
